A typical Coaching Process

A 30-minute discovery conversation to assess the fit between you and the coach. Learn about the coaching process and the coach-coachee relationship.

Together, the coach and coachee establish ground rules, expectations, and desired outcomes. This session focuses on clarifying goals, understanding motivations, and exploring objectives.

A typical coaching cycle consists of 6 x 1 hour sessions over a 3 month period

The coach and coachee explore psychological tools, techniques and interventions to help the coachee navigate challenges, identify options, and develop new strategies. Between sessions, the coachee takes actionable steps while the coach provides support and accountability for lasting change.

The coach and coachee evaluate progress, reflect on insights and actions, and reinforce future-focused strategies. This session may lead to re-contracting for a new coaching cycle.

Coaching is a professionally guided process that inspires clients to maximise their personal and professional potential. The coach and client work together in a partnering relationship on strictly confidential terms. In this relationship, clients are experts on the content & decision making level; the coach is an expert in professionally guiding the process.

Your personalised coaching sessions will take place online via video call, enabling you to enjoy the sessions from the comfort of your own surroundings. A coaching cycle is typically 3 months but this can be adapted to suit your own schedule and personal needs.

  • Justin is a registered teacher in Hong Kong and the UK with 20 years' teaching experience in the secondary education setting. He is a highly experienced pastoral leader with many years of coaching and mentoring experience of adolescents.​

​

  • ​He is an accredited Coach and Mentor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).​

​

  • Justin holds a master's degree (MSc) in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, a M.Ed in Designing Powerful Learning Environments, a  PGCE in Secondary Science, and a  BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering Design.​

​

  • He has completed recent International  safeguarding training and has an up-to-date  Hong Kong SCRC.   ​
